Today, Claire, Sharon, and I organized a dessert party for some of our friends, and we had many delicious things:
- Poppy Seed and Blood Orange Sticky Cake
- Raspberry Thumbprint Cookies
- Arroz con Leche
- Bittersweet Chocolate Pear Cake
- Strudel with Slow-cooked Applesauce and Homemade Butterscotch Topping
- Honey-drizzled Kiwi Chocolate Cake

The idea was to welcome Spring and beautiful weather, start off the semester with happy tummies, and spend a little time with the friends we treasure most.
