Claire arrived Tuesday morning, the same day of mom’s departure, so we took the train to the Geneva airport, picked up Claire, and sent mom on her flight back to Des Moines. We spent the day touring the city with Claire’s Tandem partner, Thierry. We met up with my new Belgian roommate, Sharon, at Flon and went to le Barbare once again for a hot chocolate; seriously, this hot chocolate never gets old. Now, Claire is all settled in her room in Bourdonnette, and we are now off to meet some friends at le Satellite!
