Rome: Day 4

On Sunday, we did our last touristy things - Foro Romano, Arco di Tito, Colosseo, Campidoglio, and Piazza Venezia, passed the annual Rome Marathon (a funny idea to be running 23 miles around Roman ruins with your dog alongside). We ate our last gelato, bought a supermarket's worth of pasta, pesto, and olives for our ride back home. And now it's over. Probably the best trip this year with the best travel companions imaginable.
